Julep Sent Me The Wrong Box :(
I was all ready and excited to show everyone what I got today in my Julep Maven welcome box. But when I opened it up I was so disappointed to realize that they sent me the completely wrong box (the LAST one I would have picked actually). I wrote them an email telling them what happened, So now I'm just waiting to hear back.
My order on the account is listed correctly too. I don't know whats going to happen but I will tell you when I do. I wouldn't have even minded that badly enough to mention it if I liked any of the things in the box, but I don't that's why I didn't pick it. For something to go wrong on the very first box is so strange, has this happened to any of you?
*Update* I tried calling but a recording said they have an excessive amount of phone calls today. So I left a message.
