My New Years Beauty Resolution this year is to stop biting my nails. I want to have pretty nails! I have really struggled with this one because I will stop for a week or two but then find myself doing it again when I'm nervous about something. Then I fall into it again for a while until I decide I have to stop (like waking up in the morning, pouring some coffee and seeing what a mess I created last night to my hands!) and the cycle starts again.
So this year I will find ways to be mindful of when I'm biting my nails even if I'm watching a movie or concentrating on something else. I will keep you updated on how this goes and ways I find that help.
If anyone's had this problem and has ways that worked for them let me know and I will give it a try. Or, if you have your own beauty problem to overcome in 2014 we can do this!
